TRENDS - Clothing store in Amodghata - Hooghly, India

The collections of Men sections are good, but not huge in stock. Staffs are really good and friendly. Need more stock so that we do not have to face size issues.

Not so special..... stock is avarage....nothing new

This review is purely based on the poor work ethics of these guys. Today my spouse went there to return a dress with defect. We bought it yesterday. And a cheap worker, a liar lady says "system not working". After my spouse contested, they agreed to exchange but took almost 25-30 mins in total. They were not even returning the original bill that was the proof of other purchase........What the hell ????? #RelianceTrend where do you get and hire these uneducated folks from ???? they spent whole 25+ minutes to swipe a debit card on 1st day when we purchased the dresses, and then another 30 mins to return it , And these CHEAP business tactics - "System not working" ???? What kind of business model do you follow you cheap store ???? Another experience. I purchased dresses worth over Rs 3600 after all discounts, and asked for 2 receipts. Now there was one gift offer for purchase for more than Rs 3499 at that store. But after purchase was done, they denied giving me the gift saying 'it has to be under one receipt.' .....What The Heck ! What you really need to care about is total purchase amount ! I twitted this incident to reliance trends official twitter handle. 55 Days passed, till they are 'working in it'. I know this is not unexpected from an Indian owned shop. Poor folks. Dont know how to run business for long run. I already started disliking their 'Coupon based business'. Better to go to standard shops like Vineet Shopping City. They dont sell a Rs 1000 product for Rs 1500 after offering Rs 500 coupon. Problem is, at Reliance Trends if you want to purchase say for Rs 2600, then 2300-1500 = 800 .....for first 1500 you need to pay 1000 after using coupon (then it becomes normal rate as in market) AND the rest of Rs 800 product you are actually buying at higher rate, if my calculation is right then you will be paying 33.33% more. To save that, you need to purchase more if you have another Rs 500 coupon. Means these coupons are actually forcing you to buy more. We need to STOP this culture.

Good stock with helpful staffs.. Need to keep more stocks.

Variety is missing. Better shop online or go to metropolitan Trends to get the variety.

Ladies garment qauality and stock need improvement. Price is more or less okay. Size of ladies wears are not accurate.

I have visited Reliance Trends Magra, few days ago. They have good collection of Men's, Kids and Ladies Garments.
