Worst customer experience. They have changed replacement policies after covid. We need to replace the products with same value products. That being said if we buy two tops and want to replace it, we need to buy exactly two items of same value each. And there were not much options available which made it difficult for us. After wasting our time for so long, they gave us an option to buy any products for the same total value. They said the cash will be credited to our registered phone number and we can redeem it for the new products. But because of their irresponsibility our number was noted incorrectly and we were not able to redeem the points. This is not just a stand alone issue. Another customer also complained because their phone number wasn't registered. And they were not informed about this point system.

Very bad experience...I purchased 2 kurthas, I had some fitting problems also. The very next day I tried with exchange, but they argued that they can't return it due to corona reasons.at the same time they providing trial room. The fact that they argued with me about the corona issues, bt there is no temperature cheking, no sanitization process also. They have corona issues only for exchange. And the manager is very irresponsible.. He was like .. other employees argued well and average collection
The staffs behaviour is really really bad here !! They dont know how to behave to customers!! So much dominating!! I came back without shopping several times just because of the rude satffs here!! They have good collection but we will not feel like buying in such an atmosphere!! I had went to many trends outlet but this is the worst!
