TRENDS - Clothing store in Edappal - Malappuram, India

My visit to Reliance Trends Edappal left me extremely dissatisfied, and I feel compelled to elaborate on the reasons behind my 1-star rating. I made a significant purchase at the store, spending over 10,000 rupees on a dress. However, to my surprise, they did not provide any cover or bag to hold the dress, which is a basic and expected courtesy when making such a purchase. Furthermore, I found their parking cover policy quite frustrating. Reliance Trends charges 10 rupees for each parking cover, and this fee struck me as unreasonably expensive. Many stores typically provide these covers for free or at a minimal cost, but Reliance Trends seems to be profiting from this small convenience. As a customer, I believe that a store should prioritize customer satisfaction and provide reasonable amenities, such as dress covers for purchases of this magnitude. Unfortunately, my experience at Reliance Trends Edappal fell short of my expectations, and I hope they consider improving these aspects of their service in the future.

Best quality also good offers. Feel sad that some products are not included under order I visited edappal trendz. Very supportive sales persons and special thanks to jishnu who helped us lot

Reliance Trends offers a diverse range of products, but when compared to Zudio, it tends to be pricier. However, in comparison to local alternatives, its goods are on the higher end of the price spectrum.

Good store , there are plenty to select from...nice collection but still feels like bit oldy collection..may be just my opinion....anyways offer were good and we got very nice churidar.. As all retail chain business these guys were not giving a free carry bag, we have to pay and carry their own advertisement on the bag we use.. strongly disagree.. this time when they asked if I need one carry bag I said yes...and I took all the cloths by hand Parking is available, but not too much...all staffs were really friendly ready to show as much as we want...

Trends edappal collection of new arrival's and the most highlight thier behavior with customers, i have faced some situation they really helpful.

It is good shop for any family. We will get clothes for any age groups of both men and ladies. Also the price is not too high. Staff's behaviour is very good. We can select the clothes ourselves

Return policy is weired. Leggings cannot be returned but it is not mentioned in non returnable items in the bill. Manager doesn't have the courtesy to come and talk instead hid under his room and send his staff to convey his message.
