Best branded dress at cheap price and nice quality

Horrible shopping experience. Shopped here while passing by a friends place. Since I shop in Reliance Trends often, I knew my size well. But after coming back home, I realised that the label and the actual size are different - label showed size M but the actual size was XS!!
Further, the billing counter guy (who was not at billing counter until we asked for a staff) carelessly misplaced a part of clothing while folding and we realised only after getting back home.
Overall it looks that the shop has inexperienced staff and does not meet any requirements of the standard of Reliance Trends. Truly bad experience!!
The worst reliance trends you can ever shop in life. The collection is good but the staff and the billing counter is a nightmare. The offers on clothes are not available while billing because their computer doesn't connect or the payment machine doesn't work. They fool people by adding extra to their bill and if identified, they say it was added for some pending bills and they don't correct the bill but will pay that money to you
Customer care was very bad. They treat like we came to grab some free stuff or something.
Totally not happy with the collection. The offer they are giving is useless when you are not getting a good collection

Best place to shop for gents clothing in Edakkara. But selection is comparatively less when compared to other Trends stores.
