Horrible experience with hair highlight.I went to the salon for blow dry and the hair stylist sold me global hair color and highlights. This anyways I was intending to do before Diwali so agreed for it.there were so many red flags and I don't know why I just missed it. 1-he said no need of hair before coloring which was little strange as basis my experience this is always done even I had washed hair a day before. 2-No need of bleach before highlights-He said bleach not required and you will still get effect from our color!I told him I did not do highlights before as I was always advised about bleach before highlight to get desired effect. The process started and the drama too.Mam you were using casting color I guess earlier (which i told tgem before hand that i apply color at home so they were aware)hence the highlights color is not working,let's apply coat again,and again and again...What started with max 1.5hrs process took 5hrs with altogether different color highlights..from blonde color to copper reddish!!OTop it all they are convincing this color looking better than earlier chosen (which BTW they suggested).Asking me to pay full amt with no guilt was literally unacceptable.Necer going to recommend it for hair color service to anyone. Suggestion to owner and hair specialist- do not commit what you cannot deliver,do complete research and enquiry and then suggest service pls.
It was overall good experience. Kritik was my stylist and he had given me exact haircut that I have showed to him. It's just one of my suggestion that while blow drying please handle the hairs with care. Coz some persons hairs and scalp is little sensitive. Thank you.
Excellent customer service, they explained everything properly and adviced for hair care etc. Me and my mother got haircut done here, they were fast, swift and good with their work and it was pocket friendly as well! Would definitely recommend and come back here again
Professional and suggest you trending ideas for your haircut and beard. Akash is good with beard and various look. A little overpriced I felt which can bother customers. Must visit if you want special looks for occasions.
