Trends Kasganj is very good fashion platform for kasganj citizens, offer and staff service is amazing.
Very bad & poor experience with its payment process and staff. I made a payment of 4000+ rs. My amount was deducted from paytm and it showing payment was successful to reliance trends but staff didn't validate it saying this "we didn't get your payment, now you have to pay again." After a long arguments with all I made a cash payment of 4000+ again then they allow me to carry my garments. Where as they all accepted that my payment has been made by me and recieved by reliance trend still they didn't get it on their computer screen. My complaint was registered by head cashier after 6 days. I got my refund on 9th day. Which is pathetic. I won't go trend store kasganj again in future and will recommend you not to make any buying there coz we have a lot of shops of our local merchants. Go and buy there and make them earn.
