The staff didn't seem professional , they didn't talk to each other in a professional way in front of customers. Also staff didn't seem helpful to the customers - they were like - This is the Clothes rack you can take out as per your requirement.
This is the place where you can find the branded and quality clothes under one roof and the fact is that the brand presence is more important as Reliance is making all type of valuable clothes available to us in small stores and malls.
They have various stores in different part of kanpur . Collection of clothes are nice but now they are not providing us with more variety of options. And they should more focus on their shoes and sandals as they are providing this facility in each store as well as where ever they are providing they don't provide us with variety of options.
