Good shop on the m g Marg. It has a wide variety of collection of all sorts of apparel. But the items on offer here are a bit costlier as compared to the other shops around on the m.g. Marg. But that is quite normal as this place mostly sells branded products while most other shops here mainly sell local and Chinese products. This is However not a very good choice if you are looking to buy warm winter clothes for use during the Sikkim visit
They should have some local dresses as there are many tourists who want to buy such dresses. But nothing. They have same dresses as they have anywhere in India.

I have never experienced such atmosphere inside this store, l am a regular shopper in this store but the service is getting worse as time passes l wonder staff getting in between without any courtesy as it seems their shopping is of more priority than ours. Greetings are the gone days. All frown faces and the language they are using is pathetic and they should be aware of local language. I honestly believe they need customer service intensive training, they lack basic services.
I am in the counter for 30 minutes for 7 items transaction, the card transaction already done and its already debited but they could not generate the bills and no courtesy of apologizing or can offer to give appropriate reasons. Pathetic experience, its alarming & deteriorating its brand image altogether.
If you r regular.. having discount coupon to redeem.. then its great to purchase clothes here and trends is offering gifts above certain purchases.

Its a very good showroom , you've got pretty good stuffs there plus the staffs are extremely helpful. I could take only few pictures , for shopping is as such that excites us right , and yes one good point ,there is a parking lot too .
