Yesterday we visited Trends just to checkout but ended shopping worth 13k, let me give you a breif about this visited, as i was with my wife so started with the female section , selected around 9 tops and jeans and later I selected around 5 Shirts for myself. I personally loved all the clothes, the quality of trends is very good and specially the DNMX shirts were very good and for Females we prefered LIVA tops, the bill was around 13k so we got a discount of around 2K and we had 1 thousand rupee coupons as well, what thing impressed me was the gifts they give for shopping over 8K. It was JAIPAN 750W mixer juicer worth 4K. so overall was a great experiance shopping at Trneds.
My wife purchased a top and due to size issue we went to return it next day on Sunday (all public is free in weekend) at counter they asked us to come in weekdays only... We came so far here this was our first time we thought to do shopping in trends. This is not appreciated at all .. You should value your customer time and their satisfaction.
