Well, We all know about TRENDS brand. This TRENDS showroom is actually well, good collection of clothes and also have many brands, clothes avaliable for every age group, prices is according to brand. Not too much high or not too much low it's just affordable. Staff is good, outlet place is good.

This Morena store sell old clothes and has very limited options of clothes/brands. Proper info/prices are not displayed. I went for an exchange but staff gave a hard time and also charged me extra for single T-shirt and said as it is only exchange of single T-shirt so Discounted price is not applicable but if i exchange all 3 T-shirts (which i bought 1 day earlier) they are ok to give me discount. When i said ok i will bring all 3 t-shirts then they said, Sir we have already entered single t-shirt exchange info in system so exchange of all 3 t-shirts is not allowed. So I ended up paying more during exchange. What a LOGIC !!! Staff at Billing counter is not helpful in any way and they do not give you proper info about any offers OR additional amount you have to pay before exchange. I am not against Reliance Trends but would not recommend this particular store to anyone. This Reliance Trends store can be used as a landmark in Morena but not for shopping... LOL !!
