Staff behaviour is so rude and unacceptable. They would call me daily to inform about their shopping offers. When i asked them to remove me from the calling list, the girl started misbehaving and talkwd rubbish over phone. They have no manners at all. I am a regular customer of reliance trends and expect them to behave properly.
Very arrogant staff, would call my wife daily pestering about their offers. When my wife asked them to remove her number from calling list their staff started misbehaving with her. Have no manners what so ever. Terrible behaviour. PS: My wife is a regular customer of reliance

Trends Rampur is ok,not a lot of veritay place, T shirts of only 2/3 brands, staff not so interested in customers
Store and collection is good but billing staff and process with coupons are worst pathetic not recommended to visit

A nice store in a small city. Taking all covid-19 precautions. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Treat the customers like king. The collection too is great with multiple brands. Gents and children collection is on the first floor whereas the ladies section is on the ground floor. It has a collection of clothes and shoes as well as accessories. Parking too is ample.
Not a lot of variety. And prices are certainly not reasonable and the sales people just follow you everywhere and don't give you any space. Also, in my case, the saleswoman added a few clothes to my cart which I had already rejected. Thankfully I was paying attention at the time of checkout otherwise they would have deducted the amount for my rejected choices. I was not impressed with the staff.

They have many flavors that offers ice creams in form of cone, cup . Price are also reasonable @ just 49 per scoops. Must tryy if you are die heart icecream lover.
