It is situated in the heart of the city just beside Centre Point. Reliance has been loving this place just beside with Digital and Footprints. The fifth star not given because many of the staffs dont know English which may be hard for foreign or outside state visitors but they are helpful though. It is a two storey shop again where you can enter and exit from both the floor. Good place to visit and buy.

Reliance Trends is located at Police Bazar, Shillong, Meghalaya 793001, Very nice mall. Superb service. Cloths are available of every brand which you want. Restaurant is also available in mall. Electronics items like washing machines refrigerators and laptops etc.
A must visit for window shopping, if not shopping. Pretty nice place and wide range of products are available under one roof. If you get tired or hungry, there's KFC on the top floor

I would like to highlight on the management in Reliance Trends Shillong. I have been a regular customer of Reliance Trends for years. In the trial rooms "tried clothes" would be lying and there is no one to look after the trial rooms. (Typically there will be someone near the trial rooms) it also hampers the privacy of women as men can also enter there. The salesman/salesgirl show zero interest to help out the customers. They would not even fold/arrange the clothes on the racks properly. In case a customer unfolds the clothes it would be lying there as it is. Zero care is taken. Also, they are very rude. They do not know how to behave with customers. I had such a bad experience on my recent purchase. Without any reason one of the salesgirl just snatched the shopping bag from us (I m sure that's not how you behave with customers). On asking she suddenly started claiming that she is providing us service by holding our bag (during the entire time we shopped no one even asked us for help). I wonder if this kinda service ever existed as I would like to use it rather than carrying my heavy shopping bag around. In case this comes in notice to reliance kindly look into this and do have a feedback system to improve the quality of service. Thanks!!
