Nice place to shop, with adequate parking space and right kn the main road.
Discounts shown are never given. They put banners about discount but do not honor them. Photo attached is a fake discount offer.
The rush before diipaavlii was 1000 people in the shop as floating population and cash/ bill paying counters only 3. Each customer brings at least 10 to 15 clothes. Some who purchase 1 or 2 aisii have to wait in the same que. One customer takes a minimum 6 minutes and if he has coupons then 8 minutes. Because he reveals this while payment so the counter clerk again separates the items on which coupon is valid. No one to complain. No one to care. I stood in the line for 1 and half hour for payment for 2 shirts selected in 15 minutes. The shop is earning Lacs and Lacs and is not at all customer centric. Location on kanakpura road is good. I have written to authorities but no one cares to reply.
There is cheeting the costumer out said putting the tag and 50%and 70% off after selecting the itam billing counter person telling in this don't have discount and by mistikly we putting the tag we are wasting time thy don't have manners
Good quality of clothes. This particular branch has a decent collection. Since the shop is comparitively and slightly on the smaller side, the collection is equally less. However, the staff is very friendly and the shop is neatly organised. Parking is easily available, metro connectivity available.
Overall good collection in the trends and one of good options available in this area. Only Formal they should have some more brands, rest all seems to be fine. For ladies some more western wear should be added in collection. All members of Staff are polite and supportive. Mr prasanth(cash counter) explains discounts and gifts options very well.
Billing is slow, queues are long, staff do not look pleasing enough. Looks like they are the customers, nothing wrong in being customer friendly... overall good shop? But need lot of improvements to increase customer satisfaction...
Good place for dress selection. Lot of shirt and pant variety is available. Car parking is also available. But no tailoring facility for dress correction is not available. Company must arrange in house tailoring facility.
