Her polite behavior made me feel like we still have a hope in humanity .You need to appreciate these kind of staffs. They deserve a lot. Last but not the least and probably the most important : Ample car parking facility available in the basement

Please don't go there. You can buy same products from somewhere else with half the price or less. They know that price is high and trying to make customers happy with stupid coupons. Still you pay extra. I would suggest you to steal instead. Staffs are also frustrated because of customer complaints. They said they can't do anything about this . Very sad

Very bad customer service from the girl who is one the front door during my visit. My entry was restricted cz I have a child with me. I visited in pmna brach , there was no issues on the same day.

Very disappointed with my shopping @ trends valancherry. Bad customer service especially the girl in the cash counter. She has no idea about their offer and confusing customer. All staffs are not well behaved.

Got almost everything to our taste . Very helpful staff . Those who helped us out were Mr Dhanraj & Ms. Sheeja P . Was a very happy experience .

Very bad and sad experience.The lady staffs are very bad behaviour and they ate not ready to show more materials.The cashier staff (lady) is very confusing us.the lady staffs are bad behaviour with customers. In my experience other shops are good in valanchery.
