This outlet has better varieties of clothes than the most other ones. But they don't run AC inside the trial room even during peak summers of chennai. If you don't prefer trying out all the clothes before you buy, you might find this a good place to shop.

I have purchased around 10k amount, But I am so dis satisfaction due to bag, which is cost Rs12, made by paper. It was so soft paper, it won't work in drizzling time. Because I was trapped in this suitation. Whole bag got teared, Hence, atleast give us cotton bag, even Dmart was provided Rs15 cotton bag. Please consider this concern. I am a Reliance trends customer for my past 7 years Complaint no.1 - The maintenance of your store Kovilambakkam (near kamatchi hospital) Branch is absolutely nonsense there is no AC,every customer are suffering and suffocating in your store without AC, I think they didnt even inform the higher officials to resolve its like this for past two months, Complaint no.2- there is no alteration tailor in other stores, why should I take my cloth and roam for alteration even small shops do it well its a big black for a such a brand reputation, Complaint No.3 - the only thing you have increased is the pricing of each cloth which is double the price which was before 3 years but the quality remains the same, the cloth can be worn for some time then it gets faded. especially the Netplay brand and DNMX denim

Very poor service provided by Ashwini ( billing ) . Her handling of customer n delivering of words are very arrogant... Dnt show your cheap attitude towards the customer n you are not helling pay the bills ... Manager : SOUNDAR, improper response were provided. Kindly train the worker before you recruit them as a employee.....

Located at the heart of Velachery. Next to PVR theatres. Not much in terms of variety but quality wise good enough and rate wise very very economical.

Date : 08/07/2023 Today we went to Trends store for purchasing shirts for my brothers, the collections are fine enough but the saleswoman's behavior was very worst. We took shirts under the offer on 3999. Firstly they said that the shirts which were taken by us would fall under the offer. At the time of billing that saleswoman showed her face on us and said these shirts wont fall under the offer, we demanded the explanation for that but she was too arrogant for no reason and explain properly then we didn't take the shirts.
