Very limited availability of clothes compared to other trends store, heavy rush will be there in weekends
Well I have visited lots of Reliance trends shops across Bangalore and in Udupi. Compared to that this shop lacks good collection of cloths in the men's section. Whatever available is not up to the mark. Staff at billing counter lack basic courtesy. I was standing in the que with one broken hand.. I saw one billing counter was empty and wanted to bill there but that staff told it is not available and I had to come in the que. That's okay. But the counter staff don't know how to fold cloths and there is complete lack of interest. They would toss the cloths around sometimes. Overall not a good experience.
Reliance Trends, Local Business Trail rooms are a lot cleaner than Your Trial Room.
Its shopping stop for men's and women's wear both casual and traditional wear available with differing seasonal styles.. Footwears, accessories, nail polish are all available.. Price of a basic wear has hiked a lot. In the weekends changing room will be over crowded.. Shopping expierence here was worst, Its so disgusting so many ppl waiting in line fr billing nd their systems r down.. After waiting 20 minutes to get into dressing room and 15 min in billing counter line, They are telling coupons are not accepted as the system is down.. They need to have a alternate approach if there system is down we cant end up paying extra money when discount coupon is not applied..
Have a good range of clothes from small babies to adults. They can increase the variety and collection of clothes from colour to design.
Visited the store today to pick up some garments. After finalising our purchase headed to the cash counter to find only one counter operational. Found this a bit disturbing as there was a long queue on the one remaining counter. There were no social distancing norms being followed. This could have been avoided during the prevailing Covid19 pandemic. On quizzing the staff we were told that the counters were closed due to some technical issue. However we could not see any attempts being made to sort out the situation. The staff also appeared complacent. Also it seems doubtful that the clothing retrieved from trial rooms is being sanitized before they are placed back on the shelves.
I had very bad experience in trends Mangalore. Sales executive doesn't know how to behave with customers also they should be knowledges about the offers , since one of the executive misguided me. From past 7 years I'm purchasing from trends but anymore I'm not . Don't do this and loose customers
