TRENDS - Clothing store in Kozhikode - Kozhikode, India

I recently shopped from reliance trends. There are wide variety of ladies and gents dresses. They have good customer service. Budget friendly. Hopefully I don't like their return policy. But all other thing are well perfect. Staff are friendly.

Dear sir my name jamshid. i need one grey trousers ...then i go to your kozhikode RP mall store ...unfortunately thats very bad decision...bcz very low collection(color and size) and lazy staff ....staff not intrst attend customers. and staff conducting singing game near trial room....

I had a worst shopping experience in the Trends. The cloths were arranged confusingly here and there in the ladies section. Even in the racks, the jeans, joggers etc. were arranged misleadingly and confusingly. Customer service was so poor and staffs were not corporated well(Ladies section). We almost lost 30-45 minutes there in the messy situation and didn't able to select the dress.

The collection is good, rates are reasonable. But the management sucks. Their card system never works like what they say. Recently they stopped the card system completely. Your old redeemable points gone forever. The staff at the bill counter are not polite. Carry bags are chargeable.

Good place to purchase.
