I have purchased Kent water purifier at CMR central maddilapalem on Thursday. At the time of purchasing product sales executives promised to install the item on Saturday. But they were failed to install that day and they were replied very harshly and carelessly When asked why it was not installed as promised, he gave a very careless reply and said harshly, "Do what you like." His name is Vinod. I decided not to go to that shop to buy anything again and to inform my friends and relatives about this. Customers are people who do not have the least courtesy and who are unknown to the shop owner, no matter how many offers they make. Not everyone is looking for offers, minimum courtesy is required
Extremely rude staff ....picked a 5000rs worth dress and the staff at the trail room was telling that particular dress doesn't have a trail as its from wedding collection...how can one buy such expensive dress without trail and moreover she was like I picked up a wrong size and that will not fit me ...how rude can one be....please train your staff to be polite

I visited reliance trends CMR Central for shopping last week. During my visit, I came across a lady named Indhira at the trail room who displayed a rude attitude towards the customers. I discussed the issue with the store manager, who promptly apologized. It is important to be cautious when hiring staff members like Indhira, as they can negatively impact customers' shopping experiences. Initially, I considered leaving my clothes behind due to her behavior, but thanks to the store manager's polite resolution of the matter, I decided to continue my shopping. The collection and prices are good, but the billing time is too long. Because of the billing issue I would rate 4 but because of the rude behaviour of the Staff Indhira I am giving 2 Star.
Why no trends shop provide atleast 1 chair in the whole shop to sit??? Shopping takes time na??....then how can others coming with can wait..?????
I want to give bad rating because of women staff there were being so rude at the women trail room and even the few women staff being sooo rude very bad experience because good clothes but because of stafff attitude I really didn't wanted to buy the clothes .
