Yesterday I visited the store to purchase some dresses for my girls through their coupons. But to my utter dismay I was informed that those coupons were valid only for non discounted products which means we have very little to choose from. The girls section was as if an unicorn had barfed. There was no colors in sight except for pink, white and purple. Trends needs to face this gender in-appropriation in designing the clothes. I finally had to choose from boys section just to get some dark colored clothes. If this wasn't bad enough, the staff said there was no carry bag available. How can such a big store not have carry bags on stock? Are we supposed to take the clothes in our hands? Oh wait. That's exactly what we did. Took the clothes in our hands directly and walked home. Store manager needs to do a better job
Overall wxpweience is good. It would be better if the clothes racks r arranged centrally so that customers will have ample & free walking space to move on. And also the billing section if shifted somewhere in the front so that u can add more shelves in a systematic way, parking space outside is too steep. Can be taken care of.
