Clothing Collection is good. Payment processing is bit slow .In all 2/3 visits billing took longer than shoping.Most of the time new folks learning billing process only I have come across .Understandable but in live it's hard multiple times.Training can be taken seperately to save customers time and better servicing.

Multiple collections. Good place to get some new styles. They give us coupon cards which are not useful. We need to keep shopping regularly to use those coupons.

I was buy Slippers in this mall at reasonable prices. Have many brands of slippers, shoes, crockes, Jewelry, clothes for kinds, men, women etc. Quality of objects are Good but as consider price is hight, this malls are not possible to Middle class or ordinary people's for Shopping. Dressing room are also available inside. Drinking water is available in side of mall. Washroom/Toilets are available inside of mall - Majorly it only staff. Following Covid-19 Rules, should wear Mask. Beside of mall have Bus stop, so easily catch the General buses after the shoping. Car and Bike parking is possible at front side of building or mall. Wheelchair accessible for Entrance = No. Wheelchairs Accessible parking [P] = Yes - Inside and out side have free space for parking.

Returns experience is horrible. After spending close to 20k+ and after being assured that returns are simple and easy, I was put through a process that is just the opposite of it. For one item, there was a turmeric stain, which we accepted as caused by us and did not press on the return, but the other item apparently has an invisible oil stain which they blamed on though we explained that my daughter doesn't apply oil to her hair and the probability that its caused by us is close to zero. It's quite possible that it could have happened in the trail room too and caused by someone else too. As customers we don't thoroughly check for these. Returns seems to be like an insurance claim - find every possible way to deny the return. Also, the return policy clearly states that they have a 30 day policy. But it looks like individual stores cube up with their own rules - the reps said that we had only 7 days and that all the items we have tried return have to be returned at once.. When asked about the disparity between the advertised policy and advised policy they don't have any answers for the same. Long story short, think twice before shopping here. Don't bank on the return policy. Better to try out their trial rooms. We won't return to this store. It's just sad that a branded and trusted company like Reliance is putting its customers through this kind of experience.

Very bad behaviour with costomers.... The staff will have to learn how to behave with the customers...we have very bad behavior...they forget their own rules....It is not written anywhere that you cannot return for the second time and these people harass you so much at the time of return for the second time...

Decent collection. Just found out that online prices are way cheaper. If you are not in hurry, I recommend you order online.

Worst service. The people at the billing counter are ultra arrogant. No one will guide you. The service is really poor. People at the counter are very arrogant. There is no one to atleast to raise complaint with.
