TRENDS - Clothing store in Cherpulassery - Palakkad, India

The shop itself is good and have good collection. But in my opinion it need more space, if we compare to other trends outlets this outlet is small and narrowed. Ladies have a greater collection here. But i think gents collection is average and kids wear is bit low. But trends always trends so not bad overall. And am a trends shopper all the time.

Staffs are bad. No co- operation. For example if you like only one material they want give It is cloth shope. They should behave good to coustomers and support for their needs. I felt bad. I want support them if they are also not supporting.

Hi all, I brought an saree for my mom on 01/01/2022 at 11:46 am along with some chudidaar, there was no offer for saree and it had damages with all silk lines worn out and strain marks in it attached the photos for your reference. My mom shouted at me and asked to exchange the product due to damage. I took the product and requested the reliance trends dealer for exchange as the product is damaged, one mr.ajeesh said he is customer service manager and we can't exchange the product as it was purchased on offer season. I said the product is damaged and we have never tested it or worn it as it was taken as a gift and even the saree had no offer i explained him and also I could see there is a return policy in the bill, he said due to curfew after 9 pm we can't do anything and shouted at me it was just 8:40pm and I had traveled 10km for this speak politely with customers as I had purchased product not stolen. I was not worried about the product or money it was very harsh experience and behaving rudely with customers handling them is not good .. I said i'm from bangalore and im experiencing it first time, for this he said this is kerala and it would be like this we can't do anything. This is the worst ever customer service or handling customers you may loose one customer that doesn't matter for you but please always try to deal with customer in well versed manner.

Good and have better collection at reasonable price. As part of Onam, they have some discounts and also some gifts. Due to the sale the Mens session is bit over crowded and the things are not arranged properly as it usually seen. Overall Good

Visited the showroom for shopping yesterday. A huge collection of ladies wear is available. But branded gents wear is not up to the mark. A good collection of Kids wear and tshirts is available. Besides all these the price of clothes is very low compared with other textile showrooms. Nice place to visit for shopping in this festival season

If I could give no stars i would have done that. Firstly the service was pathetic. People were really negligent and very rude. They did not even bother telling about the offers present. Moreover the ladies section did not even have good selection. You can buy better from the streets. The whole system was a mess. Really expected more. It was such a big let down. A big shame to Reliance.

A shop have nice collections for womens. Kids(boys) and mens have not that much collection. They have decent offers too.. Staffs are not that much friendly. Parking is available.

Good place to shop. No crowds, lots of parking space and courteous staff too. Merchandise is reasonably priced. Enjoyed the shopping. SBI credit card enables you for a hefty discount of 10% (max 600 rupees) until 10th November in addition to the discount offered by Trends. So hurry up.
