Puthanathani Trends Cashier Staff not behaving properly . Making product return is very difficult and making heavy trouble to customers. personal experience - 24/12/2022, very bad service . Poor behavior .Same amount items should be taken to return the previous items , the amount should not be less than and not more than . you should take same amount to get return. I said this not a logical policy , your making trouble to customers. Making more complicated " Very Bad Service.

All the collections here are cool. It is different from other textiles here. But in the same way, if we take a dress, sometimes we have to change it for some reason, we can change it in all other textiles, but it is not possible here. It was very sad

It was crowded when I visited. We were unable to purchase because we went there with a newborn baby and crowd is not good for baby. Overall, it seems, the shop has a great collection.

Worst customer care , doesn't know how to behave with customer. Staff rude attitude to customers. Beyond all these, charging 5Rs for non logo white plain carry bag ( **without Reliance logo**) Is that fair???? Good collection but no use....once you visit never again . Because of staff Reliance company's goodwill get effected..

Yha they have pretty good collection for men's dress. I think they have some premium brands like LP etc, but most of the collection are from some ordinary brands. You can find a good looking shirt for about 600 rupees
