Just lik how every trends looks.... The options available are really good and the dresses are of good quality too... Very well maintained and good helpful staff to help u out with the selection... And they even explain the available offers in the store... The billing staff could be a little more attentive next time during the billing process as one of my tee was double charged in the bill which I noticed by chance and I had to end up getting another one to avail the offer which took more time to complete the formalities... Overall a decent experience but could be better..
Walkable distance from Trichy central bus stand. Verities of clothing options are there. Went there to buy cloths for my 9 years old kid. Very good quality clothes options to buy. Store assistants are very helpful, they helped me to pick correct size shirt and jeans for my son.
poor response from the staffs & they are unable to reply for the coupon discount items which are eligible. Blindly collect money from the people and the beauty is the store customer care relationship manager treat the customer as an object not as a human.I'm continuously purchasing in Trends but this is my first bad experience ever.
