I recently visited Trendz Alathur and unfortunately I had a very bad experience. The staff exhibited very poor customer service, lacking attentiveness and courtesy. Staffs were simply chit-chatting with each other loudly and not showing any professionalism. I was at the store to exchange a dress and the staff told that I can only exchange it for a single item of the same price and not take anything more or less price. I was ready to buy more expensive item than the one I took for the exchange. But staffs were not ready for that. I was so upset and unsatisfied and ended up buying a bigger size dress to match the price since they didn't have the proper sized dress in the same price. I will never visit this store again and will not recommend this outlet to anyone.
Retail chain of Reliance Industries. Good collection of fabrics but higher price.. Discount rate also available but required larger amount of purchase. limited parking space.. they charge price for paper cover also..
Collection is good..but the service is bad.they were giving coupons only from the trial room ,when asked about that staff told they cannot give it in front of camera, ..I really didn't understand why they did that..eventhough its business never break the trust of customers by doing such things..
Material quality was bad. We can't even buy a quality jeans around 1500 rs. After washing lost colour. We can't use shirts after 3or 4 washing. They misleading us for giving offers and coopens.
Collection is ok. We selected a dress when reached billing counter they told us to wait for 2 hours as the stock is not entered! The product we chose from the display only.
The collection is good compare to other trends. But they do not offer upi, card payments also behaviour of staff also not at all good
The offers here is awesome. Maybe in need of more collection in the men's section. I went to buy a kurta and I didn't get one because they didn't have any . Well maintained floor. There is lift facility i find it quite good.parking for car is a bit difficult.
Poor customer service, don't recommend this shop. Not like other trends in palakkad where customers will be noticed and taken care of , here they were chatting with each other and after repeatedly asking they replied . Horrible customer service they will just ignore us they are least bothered about the requirements of customer. This is the second time I noticed this . I think they were prejudiced about our purchase , like they think people will go after looking the prices or something. Please give a training to your staff.
I have a very positive opinion about buying from this store because we get good quality clothes at a low price. They have very good clothes for all kids and adults. Come and try this store.
