TRENDS - Clothing store in Thodupuzha - Idukki, India

They have wide range of quality products but the service from there is very bad. They don't even consider their customers. If a customer is entering the shop they don't even bother to move from their place and don't even ask what the customer wants or provide any information. Even when we went to the billing section there were no person as all were talking together aside even though we asked to bill the product. I think they don't want the customers to buy any products from there. We tried to purchase a cap of 700 rupees and said they won't bill it alone we have to purchase something worth 500 to buy that cap which they are saying it's an add-on.

It is a two storey shop having Men, Women and Kids apparels and dress. Plenty of parking are available. We can pay via various options. With jiomart or Ajio We can purchase dress online. But compared to other Reliance trends stores, the product range is comparatively less. I recommend this place.

Disappointing experience. Today on 29th July 2023 I had visited the shop for Family shopping, to my surprise we received two bills, the manager mentioned that some products were included in the offer and others do not, it's my first time experience and in addition the staff/cashier was in a hurry to send us out by showing us the front door to leave. I have been to reliance before and I know the service they had showcased in the past that's what made us to shop there but today we were truly disappointed and will never shop again. I am not writing this to defame but to express my disappointment and concern. Will never recommend this store to any of my friends. Waste of time, money and moreover our satisfaction with the brand is shaken. Kindly stop this trend of just making money from making fool out of people.

Live review from Trends thodupuzha @11Mar2021-2:35pm... Compared to another trends showrooms, i am not giving anything special here. Last week i visited piravom branch and kothamangalam branch, both where awsome which i am comparing to thodupuzha branch. Offers are same but cuatomer support in this branch is very bad. I am not recomending this branch. Nearest good branch is Piravom or Kothamangalam. Anyway i dont rexomend this branch Offers are same in all branches Edited- i just said only on 1st floor customer experiance AFter my review i read almost all others openions... almost what they saying are correct... then y should they took some trainung or deceplinary actions....

Reliance owned retail apparel stores with large no of western, Indian, outfits. Situated in two floors with ladies , gents collections. Footwears, cosmetics and accessories also available.

There is a lot of quality products. But the customer service is very bad. They don't even guide us to different sections.

The experience was very bad..I went there on the onam Eve for purchase..The Staff had shown no interest on us to purchase there..The gents section is on upstairs,nobody was there to inform it,after someminutes someone came & say the gents section in on upstairs...When I went there there was only limited collections...I went to trends with a huge expectation but the experience was very bad..The collection may be less due to onam rush & justifyable,but the atitude of staffs is the worst..Not all recommended..

I was there today 10 am. Their sign says "opens from 10 am to 9 pm everyday " which is not true. There wasn't anyone. Store was closed . There were few other customers as well. I am not sure what kind timing this is it.
