Collections were decent.Staffs were good but worst exchange policy I have ever experienced. 1.They don't let us try on leggings nor exchange it if the size does fit. 2.we got a gift for purchasing items worth 4k,my mom didn't like the gift so requested to exchange the very next day.The box was not even opened.They didn't accept. 3.Same happened with Exchange of Kurtas.same brand different color we have to end up paying more for exchange.Please be aware. At the end of it we wasted 1 hr yesterday for this.EXCHANGE POLICY IS SO CONFUSING THAT IT IS AS GOOD AS "NO EXCHANGE POLICY"
Worst experience. .ill never visit again.very bad experience. Men stafs are very lazy...they dont know their own policy's. Closing tine us 9, but the guard doesnt allow to enter after 8.
Worst part is they didn't know their own company policy at Sakleshpur store. We had purchased few clothes on coupon, which we had got due to shopping earlier. On the same day evening we went again for size exchange. Store person told us, we can't exchange it because we had used coupons for purchase but, if we had paid in cash then they would have allowed us to exchange. As the staff said this I was in stock to hear it. Next day I was in Mysore and went to trends near main bus stand. They allowed us for exchange without asking anything. So does the policies changes from store to store ? So beware of the store rules @ Sakleshpur store. It is best to avoid this store.
Worst experience ever had, Staffs are not at all trained, They don't know how to behave with customers, and no one knows about offers and how to bill a product. Staffs are totally unaware of how to exchange a product
In small city Trends not required because other peoples also purchased same patter or same design clothes..when unexpectedly meet in roads same clothes its horrible experience for me
