Good and friendly staff with plenty of trending collections for men,women and Children. Ground floor for Women and First floor for children and men. Car Parking space available for 2- 4 cars.

I highly recommend this shop. Staff swathy and other girl are extremely friendly. Large collection.Great offers. Will shop again .

We had bitter experience from the sm Puthupally branch,we had coupan which we received from thengana,after purchasing items from Puthupally branch we gave coupan to redeem,at that time the staff said that as the coupon is not activated from thengana ,the coupon cannot be redeemed at Puthupally,we asked them is there any possible ways to help us to redeem the coupon from this branch,the staff that's it illegal.They cannot do anything from their side to help us,and thy told us to thengana centre to activate the card.o asked the contact number of thengana trends,the Store manager of Puthupally branch was in astate of mind like he won't help us,he didn't even try to contact thengana branch,because of his unhelpful mind we need to make unneccessarily travel to thengana from puthupally,the disappointing fact is that when we purchased for 3000/- from puthupally but still thy was unpleaseful to us.when we reached thengana the staff and store manager was very helpful and we asked them won't this problem could be solved by a phone call,thy said thru a phone call the store manager mr.sarath could be solved this issue and also avoid our unneccessary travel .I asked them the contact number of thengana store but he said he has no contact number fo thengana branch.Because of the Store manager Mr.Sarath, puthupally branch we made a travel to thengana, also my daughter could be made more happy for getting her favourite dress which she selected from puthupally .really disappointed with trends puthupally branch to the regular customer.

Have noticed that your selection is somewhat limited, and I would love to see more options available.I look forward to seeing more dresses in your shop soon.

Bad customer service!! I went to buy some clothes recently as I went in nobody came to help us pick the dress . The staffs didn't even mind us they were talking with each other and making phone calls . If the textiles was packed with people and the staffs were busy I wouldn't mind it ,but no one was there other than the staffs . Even after seeing us they neglected us and continued to chit-chat among them. So we left without buying anything .

Very bad experience. Customer service is not good.very disappointed
