Very Poor response from billing center. there was only one girl in the billing counter, we waited for 20 mins then one guy came and asked that girl to bill, she left the other billing in between and came to us and left us in between. May be this must be addressed. other things like collection, display, all are ultimate

Recently, I purchased clothes from Trends Yelahanka on August 8th. They provided me with discount coupons for clothes (500 * 8). Additionally, there were Trends Footwear discount coupons (500 * 8) included. However, out of the 8 coupons they gave me for clothes, 6 had already expired on August 8th. I noticed that the expired coupons were placed in the middle. It seems that these individuals lack proper business ethics and are essentially engaging in deceitful practices. I strongly recommend checking the coupons before you leave the store. Furthermore, the employees tend to hover around you and can be quite bothersome. It appears they are trying to annoy you for their own commission.

Visited many times, but the store is not that great. They really need to improve their taste for clothing

Worst customer service. I roamed in store for about 5 times just for jewelry exchange which was tarnished. Nobody is concerned that they are treating customer so badly. That too even after informing that I have go out of station, everyone were in their snail slow pace. If I miss out on my train, reason to be blamed is reliance trends staff at RM1111Z galleria. TIME is important for everyone. In store exchange policies are never briefed to customer, we'll never know what can be returned & what can't be returned. Online even we can return without hassles. It's definitely poor experience & not gonna enter this store anymore

Good collection and staff attend to customers when needed. My suggestions and improvements needed: When it gets crowded they cannot handle people in billing counter which needs experienced people to keep the customers moving faster. Shopping for clothes takes a long time and they need to have seating area or more chairs for kids and elders. Instead of providing discount coupons, they need to provide instant discount which will attract more customers. Coupons are useful only if there is a requirement to buy, if not, not many will just go spend 1500/ for 500/ discount that too within the duration mentioned in the coupon. Provide free carry bags. Rs.10/paper bag is expensive and we are going to throw it after 1 or 2 use. We are buying expensive clothes, shouldn't it be your responsibility or out of courtesy to improve customer experience provide them free of cost?
