The store had a wide variety of tops to choose from, in a variety of styles, colors, and sizes. The prices were also very reasonable, and I was able to find a top that my wife loved for a great price. In addition to the selection and prices, I was also impressed with the customer service at Trends Kottakkal. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they assisted me in finding the perfect top for my wife. They were also very knowledgeable about the products, and they were able to answer all of my questions. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Trends Kottakkal. Reliance Trends Kottakkal branch is located at a nice place with ample car parking area. Good collection of fashion, casual and party dresses for kids, man and women available. North indian style clothes are speciality here.

Situated at Kottakkal town, opposite to Arya vaidya sala charitable hospital. Good service, well mannered and co operative staff and good environment. Good collection of Dressess. Enough number of trial rooms also present. 4-5 cars can be parked in front of the building and behind the building.

Kids , mens and womenswear are available here. Footwear section is also there. Spacious shopping experience in wide three floors.

Selection was good, pricing was affordable, but quality was very bad, l am disappointed

Most of their clothes are average low-key Trendy. Despite the fact if you're looking for great quality material clothes I wouldn't recommend such a hyped store. go for Mlounge or any other brands outlet.

I visited your store on the first floor to purchase a dress, and I was extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. Upon entering the store, I observed that all the staff were gathered together and talking, some were even engrossed in their mobile phones. They were clearly not interested in attending to customers, as they seemed to be more interested in their own entertainment. Despite waiting for some time, nobody bothered to acknowledge my presence or attend to me. I found the behavior of the staff to be very unprofessional and disrespectful towards customers. As a paying customer, I expected to receive a certain level of service, and I was deeply disappointed with the way I was treated at your store. The incident left me feeling frustrated and unhappy, and I am unlikely to return to your store in the future. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve your customer service. Customers deserve better treatment and a positive shopping experience at your store. I urge you to take appropriate measures to ensure that this type of incident does not happen again in the future.
