Trends offers a decent collection of fashionable items, but the in-store experience could use some improvement. The constant attention and recommendations from sales associates can be overwhelming and annoying, detracting from the shopping experience. The lack of ample parking space and overall layout of the store can also be frustrating compared to other Trend outlets. While the collection is good enough, it may be worth exploring other options for a more enjoyable shopping experience.
Reliance Trends is a recent addition to Thiruvalla's business scene. It has a lot of variety in dresses, but the only bad thing about it is the parking. It's situated right next to the main road and there's only limited parking available in front of the shop. It can be a struggle finding a decent parking.
There is a general lack of selection here, we went there after 6pm and maybe it was due to that but they turned off most of the Air conditioning on the upper floors. And the staff isn't really that engaging we're almost always left alone to wander on our own.
An ideal spot for a quick shopping. It is a pretty good shopping experience except for the fact that they presume customers to be naive and dumb. (Check out my 4th fofo). The coupons that are issued have very short time frames and when u go to shop in that time frame, the collections are not upto the mark. They should actually keep the coupons open so that even NRI shoppers feel encouraged to come back and shop using their coupons.
Dear Trend's. Do one thing place a board infront of your shop that's mentioned this shop only for gym. Muscular people's. There is no 48 size shirt's and any Jean's. We have to save our time. Very bad experience worst service. Never ever buy any product's from here.
Recently I've purchased from trends thiruvalla. And I purchased 4 kurtis that have displayed under offer section. I've payed for the dress and offer hasn't added in the bill. When I asked there about this, they told me that offer ended earlier and it's not valid anymore. If it's not valid, why they have displayed it in the store.
