Collections are good but they do scam with coupon cards,they won't explain it properly,they don't give proper information poor customer service
Poor billing experience, they have 6 counters and only one is working. Most costumers waiting for more than 20mins for a single cloth billing. Collections are less and assistance is poor.

I have been here three times, but each time I have been frustrated due to their poor customer service. The staff were not helpful; they were just wandering around instead of assisting customers. The variety was very limited, or at least I have never had the chance to see it. The prices are very high, even though the quality is good. For example, a paper bag worth Rs2 is sold for Rs10, whereas we can get a large shopper bag for free at other shops.
