One of worst Trends outlet so far. No proper parking space. Underground parking available but it behind building and there is no entry to shop from lift also. Management staff is useless in terms of security and outside staff of trends. Inside trends no proper setup is done especially second floor. Need improvement and proper function required. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
Worst experience. Went 1st time today. About to get cheated on billing counter. Person infront of me who was not a registered customer bought goods worth 1200 asked to buy more to make 2000 and get discount of 500. When I went to make a bill. It was worth 6300 and no discount to me. I left counter without buying anything.
Store is good with ample buying options. Staffs are courteous. Products are reasonably priced.
Overall, a nice experience , The staff is also interactive and has nice collections of clothes for all male female kids with decent prices.
This is the first outlet I came across that can not exchange its product once the bill is done. Strange right? where any other brand outlet will do it.
The Incident took place with me is, it was my mom and sis, birthday and I took clothes for them as a gift, while billing I mentioned to the cashier as I am taking this dress to my sister and it's her birthday if the size didn't fit her I might come to exchange it to another size she said absolutely fine.
I took a dress, unfortunately, it didn't fit her so within 30 minutes I came back to them and ask for another size they refuse to exchange saying that dress can not be exchanged because I have not completed 24 hours since the purchase, seriously I have to wait for a minimum of 24 hours to go just to exchange? What type of policy is this such a big brand has? It is very surprising where any other outlet will do immediately. So I have to wait for 24 hours to exchange or buy another dress with no option left for me by the outlet. I didn't buy another dress and didn't wanted to waste my money on their stupid policy. Unfortunately, my sister couldn't wear the dress, and on the next day I exchanged it.

Really appreciate staff Noor Shaikh for his assistance throughout the shopping...Never seen like this assistance in any other RTrends store or any other brand stores. Also one Reliance brand staff (did not look like store staff) who was present there helped with changing the free gift trolley bag to the colour I wanted. Overall experience is 5 star
