an excellent location to shop for clothes for many occasions. They have a fantastic selection and provide fantastic deals over the holiday season. I have seen some reviews that were unfavourable to their service and billing. However, I thought the service was top-notch. Washroom facility is also available for both ladies and men.
Pathetic experiance....though selecting apparels take around 15-20min, billing will take around 30 mins. The billing counter will be making personal calls or whatever they like even if the person is waiting for payment. Very much of Unprofessional behaviour in the store. Its not the first time we are experiancing the same.
Absolutely fantastic shopping experience for the people of Mukkam and adjacent areas. Keeping up the standard of Reliance, this showroom also has all the latest fashion and apparel. They follow all the Covid-19 hygiene protocols, starting from hand sanitisation to temperature checks. The staff wears PPE and deals politely with the customers. All kinds of online payment modes are available, including credit and debit cards, UPI etc. The only thing I did not like was that they charge for carry bag, which I feel should be given for free.
Easy access to the plot is an advantage. But the collection is like ok ok. Service is fair. Little bit restrictions due to covid
quality is bad and price is high Not worth for money. They are Just selling local items in a branded form!
No UPI , no bank card, and no change available. This issue has not been fixed for a long time. Its high time google gave us the option for inputting negative rating.
A easy stop for apparel shopping, decent alternatives, two separate floors of shopping, and on street parking for a few cars... close to some major shops...
Worst customer service ever ! After trial and shopping when gone to counter they said server is down and staffs standing helpless without knowing what to do..I said I don't want bill jus finish payment...they said they can't do that.the staff are unprofessional .they spend time with Mobil,rodeside cellers are better.....
