TRENDS - Clothing store in Pattambi - Palakkad, India

Worst shopping experience of my life! Today (15/10/2023), I went to Pattambi store and purchased 3 pairs of socks which costs around 400 rupees.When I approach the billing counter staff informed me that I cannot buy only socks and should purchase some more items.I wondered and ask them why, it's not a small amount and they said it's their policy and they couldn't give me a proper explanation.I ask them to take me to the Manager to get explanation on this and asked me to wait for sometime.I waited for 10 mins and nobody came.I ask again for the manager and the staff were no listening me at all.This is by far the worst store I have ever visited.I won't recommend anyone in my family or friends circle to this for shopping

Staffs of this shop is very irritating, also don't allow us to shop on our own wish. Very less collection.They will canvas us to shop for a bulk amount and come behind us to avail the offer, if we deny that.

Please don't visit trends in pattambhi bad customer service and overpriced products , offer products are very bad many of them have holes and some problems. No quality for the materials.

My experience: When we reached the payment counter the offers were not available as per the attached picture.Don't believe their displays, even the poor sales staffs were not aware about the offer changes, but the staffs, especially Mr. Vineeth handled my case very patiently. But at the same time I could see two young guys left the counter saying , they were cheated as the offers were not available at the time of payment. One more point, don't get cheated again. The cash counter staff will offer a gift if we make more purchase to make the invoice to a round figure. Today they offered me a dinner set if I make the invoice Rs 6000 by purchasing Rs 400 worth items more, but I denied. At the same time I could over hear they offer the same to another customer for Rs 5000. That means by default I am eligible for the dinner set. I did not argue, left the shop after my payment.
