Great offers but management needs improvement. There are never enough shopping bags in this place. While there were great offers, the lack of shopping bags meant that we had to carry around the clothes every where by hand. Tired, we kept them in a corner after informing the staff but someone else took a few clothes and kept it back in the racks. We again had to go looking for the clothes we had selected. It's really sad that the management is not ready to replenish simple shopping bags which are a basic thing we expect in a store. It's only when our shopping cart value was going very high that salesmen bothered to help us out. After that suddenly shopping bag was available and service was great. Would not recommend this place due to the differential treatment to customers based on cart value. Revisited the place in April 2022. It has got worse. There was no AC on the first floor making the place a sauna. The changing rooms are filthy to say the least. Littered with bills and things from reliance staff and broken fittings. Can't stand this place
Not a bad shopping place ,but didn't feel comfortable while shopping because it's very warm out in there & where u feel just pick up something and just wanna get out.Building meant to have the AC on,but never it's on ,whenever i went there ,there is no ventilation,hate this part of it ,dam hot !!Choices are available ,have quite a number of good brands.,but no one is bothered to guide us.They have good offers too! Its an just OK place ,not my favorite.......

Replacement policy is very very bad. If we purchase an item for 1000 rupees then the staff will force us to find an item for the same amount. When I selected an item for 900 rupees...which is infact lesser than the actual bill amount, they are asking me to pay an extra of 500 rupees which is absurd. Will never recommend this store.
An upscale store that brings together apparels from 100s of brands. They have offers on something or the other everytime, along with coupons given out seasonally. Great place to buy stuff on discount without haggling. It seems that their airconditioning has been damaged for over a year. So 15 mins in the store would get you perspirating. That's the only con.
