When you shop more you will get more interesting offers too. Parking space was less compared to other shops of reliance. Behaviour of staff at the entrance and in the billing section was very nice

There wasn't any light .we found it very difficult in finding dress in the dark .None of the staffs seems to bother. The staffs doesnt care much. Still have to pay for paper bags even though you purchased for a good amount.not even the air conditioners were working

One of no's understaffed outlets I've been ever, we went to menswear section,even though they have huge stock n all showroom feels like a local store with no house keeping or staff, wats the use of piling up stock with no customer service , we literally left the shop , except few staff doin there duty rest are roaming here n there , flirting on phones tat includes underground parking staff (evening staff we came by 7pm) was on his phone abusing someone in a loud voice , the whole staff needs basic customer handling training , plus some kind of id/uniform could hav been better to identify who the staffs were

Good Selection. The store air conditioning system was not working and it was too hot inside even at 7.30 PM. Other than that it was a nice experience shopping in Trends.

Reliance is pioneering its best to prove common sense wrong,by forcing one fifth manpower than it require to eat the burden . Each floor needs atleast 6 or seven active members to keep everything orderly and provide assistance to customers, but reliance says no!go cry somewhere else.! Best work atmosphere with sweet 10 hour shift with broken back . Forcing other brand promoters to do the nasty buisness which they are never obliged to do . And some fake 455 managers who don't know how to respect humans. The best part is the illegal stuff that they do. Posing technical conundrums against product return, Not selling single products to keep average bill size high. Welcome everyone, it's a carnival of crooked twisted people.

Incredibly bad service and the staff has no idea about the designs and sizes available - or they were plain unwilling to help. Also must remark on the fact that air conditioners were not working or were turned off.

The offer and cloth collection were lucrative. Amazing helpful staff. The air conditioners weren't working. Possibly a temporary issue
