It's a good shop with nice staff members. Unfortunately, they don't have a system to deal with comfortable parking for the customers. Some people park their vehicle blocking the way to the parking yard and create trouble for the customers. It'll be highly appreciated if the shop authorities can ensure that the entrance to the parking yard is kept free for hassle free parking for customers.
Sales team needs to be trained to behave customer friendly. We had a shopping experience around 8pm, few of the sales team members were fighting each other in front of us. Trends should give some better training to the sales team to make them customer friendly and professional during the store timings.
