Reliance Trends is located on the 1st floor of Diamond plaza mall, it has got huge collection and varieties brands of men, women and kids including accessories, watches, sports wear, bags, belts and many more. Love shopping from here as now they are giving out gift vouchers and on shopping of 3500 u can get free purchase of apparels of the same amount. O my wardrobe is full now.. Happy me

This is very sad and disappointing to inform that the staff's attitude is not appropriate in your store. During Puja time there is rush at the store and the stuff doesn't even organise the things properly. My daughter accidentally dropped the bunch of ornis which hasn't been properly placed and no staff even came to help her and when some were left on the floor , a female staff behaving rudely with her and even asked her to pick the rest up telling the manager of the store will be angry .

A lot of collection. But price is high. Discounts & offers are also very low. I think for many collection, you can little bit distracted. Overalls not bad for me.

I had a highly disappointing experience with this store. My friend purchased a dress on August 21, 2023, and encountered a payment issue where she ended up making a double payment for a single item due to the system's error. While one payment went through initially, the second payment was debited later on. Despite bringing this matter to the store's attention, they were unhelpful in resolving the situation. It's disheartening to see such lack of customer support and responsibility for their technical glitches. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when making online purchases from this store. One star is too generous for the poor service we received.
