The worst customer service ever. The staff at the store were not bothered and explaining wrong charges for the customers and the customer service was really bad. This wasn't expected from the Trends Siddipet. This was really a bad experience
Reasonable price and friendly staff
I've spent 40min for a track pant to select and when it's time for billing they said there is no tag on the pant we cant sell this..later they bought a random price tag from the store with high cost worth almost 2,000 but I've selected a pant only worth 900.. I've been buying from trends since 8 years. And also staff need training, they cant even check wether coupons are applicable or not. Worst experience this time.
Outdated stocks as compared to trends in hyderabad locations
Variety of clothing is available (mostly old stock or repeated stock, new stock only during big occasions which is important), pretty good store, staff is good, cleanliness is good, always crowdy (not high though) as you would see in any garments/clothing outlets. Billing is always late. You'll definitely have hassle-free shopping experience, Parking is available, but most people surprisingly won't use it. Everything is good except billing time.
