Rating: 4.5/5 Pro's- This is the best hotel stay for any type of travellers, especially for couples. I have stayed here for 4 days, their hospitality is extravagant. I have enjoyed their food style and taste, they simply follow our personal requirements in it. Lastly about the view, it was spectacular to enjoy the view I have asked them to provide the top floor. Cons- They should have changed the menu, so that even everyone can order their own regional items. Like for me South Indian food varieties.
Its one of the best accommodation if anyone wish to visit Shillong and stay in complete serenity. Hotel staffs and the manager was nice. Very neat and clean room with all the amenities one may require. The hotel has a restaurant with limited but decent choices of food. The hotel is situated on a small hill and with pine forest in the vicinity. It was pleasant experience to stay at this hotel. The check in process was hassle free and quick.
There are some pros and cons with this property. Pros: 1) Rooms are big enough compared to any other similar hotels. 2) You will feel that the owner spent a significant amount to make sure it's roomy and comfortable. 3) Food is really good. 4) It has a kitchen. Cons: 1) Location: It's on the outskirts. It may be good if you are visiting solo or with friends however with family I don't prefer such locations. 2) Architecture: Rooms do not have any view because of the design which could have done better. It's situated significantly higher from the ground level with no lift. I didn't like it because we were having elderly people with us. It's a value property and it's up to your requirements if you like it or not.

This hotel is situated at a little outskirts of Shillong but the location makes it worth staying. There is pine forest around the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, well maintained and minimally decorated. Hotel staffs were very nice and the restaurant food was also good. There was fast wifi connection in every floor.
Had a great experience at the Tree Tops Residency. Was here for a night and it was beautiful and surreal. Mr. Bless, who oversees everything here, is a warm and kind man. He helped me with everything I requested. He has a smiling face and makes sure you have a pleasant stay. The food is great too. Mr. Bless served the food with such a pleasing smile that i ate double what I eat normally. Overall, please come here. Tree Tops is worth it.
Tree top residency it is one of the best hotels i have ever visited, the staff the manager are well trained n well behaved. The food, the amenities, the hospitality they provided was excellent. The GM of the hotel was multilingual and very kind, the receptionist [BLESS] too was multilingual n kind too, i really enjoyed my stay over there, n i will recommend to stay over there.
The location of the hotel is good, with panoramic views of the surrounding hills and forests. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and decorated. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows, which ensured a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring the hill station.
Had a very pleasant stay. The cottage is very well maintained and furnished. Rooms were neat and clean. The owner of the property,Mr Darell is very soft spoken and helpful. Overall the stay was very cozy. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was top notch. Indian, khasi food and continental. Did not use the pool. But was looked very nice. Had great drinks and dinner at poolside bar.

You will actually feel like you are staying at home. I have visited Mawlynnong 3 times and every time I stayed in this homestay. Superb neat and clean place with decent basic eating options nearby.

Came here for wisdom tooth extraction and the doctor did a great job. He explains beforehand how he will proceed and listens to his patients' concern. I highly recommend a visit if you have any dental ailments.
