Treenz Kanta Chumbi Residency - Hotel in Gangtok - East District, India

Located in the heart of Gangtok, Treenz Chumbi Residency is just 2 - 3 mins walking distance from the crowded MG. Marg. I'm overwhelmed by the hospitality and kindness that I have received from the staff. I was a solo traveler and i was pretty uncomfortable during my check-in but their timely hospitality throughout the duration of my stay they have provided me with a level of comfort and care. Breakfast served was very delicious and finger licking. There are also the options of different food items in the menu if you would like to have lunch or snacks or dinner at the hotel.

The hotel is very luxurious and gives a homey kind of feeling . We had a wonderful experience. It is also very close to the main market which is a added bonus

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Gangtok. The price range of this hotel on higher side. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. All the staffs were very cordial and helpful. While we were visiting Gangtok there was a shortage of water yet they provided us with water whenever we needed. The views from our room was excellent. We were able to see the Kanchenjunga mountain range from our window. The food was also very good and tasty. Special thanks goes to Sumit ji for making our stay at this hotel memorable.

The location was good, away from the hustle of market area but only a little walk away. The rooms were maintained properly and they were clean. The views are beautiful. You can see the Mt. Kanchenjungha range and part of the Gangtok city. Food, services and other amenities were good too. The only thing that could be improved upon was the time taken to deliver food and other services.

They charged 2500 rupees for a room for 1 night stay, their behaviour was good and polite, employees were soft spoken and humble. But the room provided by them was not very good, there was a drainage issue in washroom, due to rainfall the washroom get flooded and due to lack of proper drainage, the outside water got flooded in washroom. Apart from it they served old cooked food in dinner, the tea was not tasty, there was a smell in food. Though staff behaviour was good but room and food was not okay

Rooms are very neat and clean, food is awesome, ample parking space and prime location. Staffs are well behaved.

Rooms are pretty much decent compared to what other hotels have to offer for the round about same price. Its an old property so walls have some dampness. Service is not up to mark as this is a leased out property and have a very small staff to run the place. Overall pretty much ok, but for the price that they charge per room service is not ok
