Nice place to spend your vacation. Around 2.5 kms from the Benaulim beach. The location is nice and the rooms are ambient enough.

Honest review Pros: - Clean rooms & washroom - Great location - Courteous & polite staff - Pocket friendly restaurant Cons: - Welcome drinks promised but never arrived - Slow WiFi - Breakfast not included even after paying Rs3000 - Balcony rooms are smaller than normal room but cost more, why charge more for a useless dirty balcony? But all and all a decent place to stay

Very uncooperative hotel. Accepted the booking through makemytrip but denied checkin. I would never suggest anyone to book this hotel.

Pathetic service by front staff and their manager. Denied checkin even after booking. Never book this hotel.

Ok hotel to stay in South goa. There was not much items in their restaurant to eat. It was a quiet and clean place though. Some basic amenities like Mini fridge was not available in the room.

Don't trust on hotel images. Currently, the hotel condition was very bad, there is no proper road to reach the hotel. No Restaurant in Hotel. Only Breakfast was available with limited options and high prices.The pool was also dirty and dead frogs and insects are swimming in the water. There were stains on the toilet seat and wash basin. When I asked for another room they said, all rooms are the same. AC noise is like a generator or tractor and no remote of ac to control cooling.The one thing I liked about this hotel is the staff was polite and cooperative when we were in the hotel.

After Covid Kitchen has been closed, No lunch and dinner Provided. Only Breakfast Is available But Quality of breakfast is not good. So better to find nearest restaurant there plenty of them near by. Closest beach is Banallium beach which clean, less crowded. Must visit place.

My money was missing from my wallet in the hotel room. I didn't check my wallet before checkout, but When I check my wallet while food order on my flight then there was no money. During my 3-day stay at this hotel, I gave the room key to the receptionist for room cleaning each morning. And I also confirmed with the receptionist before giving room keys that my laptop and other things would be safe while cleaning the room or not, she said, yes we will just clean the room and will not touch your luggage. But I don't know how my money disappeared from my wallet. After reaching my hometown, I made a call to hotel management regarding my missing amount and they start asking questions like a lawyer. Where was the wallet, I said, in my laptop bag. Then he asked where you put the bag. I told on the bed...then I received the next stupid question, where exactly on the bed at which corner your bag was. He starts defending their staff/room cleaners. And said I will ask my cleaning staff and will let you know if they stole your money. I received the call after 10 minutes and he said I asked all the room cleaners and non of them stole your money.
