Well, from my perception, it's a decent 2 star type hotel. furniture and interior needs work and upgrade. But overall the rooms are clean. No non sense basic and clean. Out of 5kperNight, I paid; Half the room price is for room, and other half is for location. Would I stay again, if I need to be in that area, Yes. But I would have loved it in 3.5k instead. Didn't order food, so can't comment on that. But have 100s of awesome food joints nearby ; like I said, great location. The lady at reception was helpful and fast.

Staying for 2 nights in Tree House had a very bad experience housekeeping guy enter into our room with master key without our permission and we were in room and he came inside and he was like should I clean ur room so there is no privacy and most importantly there is no security of our belongings it was our luck we friends were staying if any girl or couple would be there then what would happen. After complaining Mr. Vaibhav was like you should keep do not disturb switch on Mr Amit Rao GM of hotel I hope this thing doesn't happen with any other guest. All the best Thanks Dharpesh Chajed
This location is situated in the heart of Panjim city, The food restaurant are at walkable distance, the Casinos are also at walkable distance. The complinentry breakfast is awesome.
Good hotel . Rooms neat n clean but old, in between the market so can hear the noise of traffic. Receptionist r very helpful
