We stayed here in 2019 and it was a great experience. Back then it has clean rooms and bathrooms. This time (2023), the hygiene level has significantly gone down and the rooms and bathrooms look worn. The location is closer to the airport which is a huge plus but I would not recommend it anymore. The price is cheaper but that's not good enough if the property is not maintained well.
Very small room. The photos are completely misleading. The washroom shown in the pics for the room we booked is fake. There is no shower room at all though after the booking it clearly shows a shower room for the standard room we booked. But there is no such thing. After asking multiple times also they did not provide any towels and didn't even turn on the geyser. Very poor service. The location was good and the room was clean but don't expect what you see in the photos or the amenities mentioned coz you are not got to get anything. Disappointed with Make my trip bookings.
It's a amazing hotel in Kolkata, staff behaviour is very good and cooperative. Location also best near sealdah railway station landmark is HDFC bank . The y are treated their guests in very good way, couple's are welcome , even food quality is very good. Pocket friendly hotel in best location. I strongly recommend to go this palace for stay

Very Poor Standards. Stayed for 1 Night - Room # 206 on 5th Aug, 2023. Room size ~ 80 sq. ft. very very small with just a bed. Wifi does not connect at all, if it connects then No Internet. No work place setup. Electronic doors swipe cards doesn't work. Provides only one 500ml bottle of water. If you need more, you have to buy it. Mosquitos in the room. Bathroom shower is faulty.... Water flow is not fluid in the shower. Paid ~Rs. 2300 / night. Not recommended at all for staying. Location and entrance road very poor conditions.
