The staff are very slow to react. You have to wait for at least half n hour to get any of your needs addressed. There is big issue about the internet and TV. Every two hours, their system resets and you won't be able to play the Tv without calling their staff.

Nice place in Nagpur, you get feeling of big city restaurant in Nagpur. Food was tasty both veg and non veg, quick and nice service, excellent ambience and good view from the open air restaurant. It also has banquet hall and rooms for rent though I did not used those services. Overall good place in Nagpur. Recommended.

Quite a poor hotel with dirty and small rooms that make you feel claustrophobic at times. The service is really slow and food is just average.

Hotel does not meet requirements for the amount they charge on a daily basis. while booking the room for 3 night stay it was showing different photos and when we checked in we were shocked that it is just a normal room. explanation which I got from staff is that is different room so my question was why showing photo of different room which is even not an option during booking. but they couldn't answer. Manager was not available to discuss problem. before check-in I discussed with support of hotel and gentlemen confirmed the late checkout by 2 pm without any cost however the day of checkout they asked to leave by 11:30 else it will be chargeable. if support cannot fullfill what they have promised then that hotel chain is worst. additionally the behaviour of staff was unprofessional while I asked them to connect with manager but reception didn't and kept mentioning his shift is over but there was no manager in another shift. food quality for breakfast was just okay ok. bed is also not comfortable and sheets not properly cleaned. overall stay was not a good experience and it felt a wastage of money what I was paying during my stay for three days. I had made all payments in advance so didn't had any option.

really a great place to stay, the stay is well upto the mark with respect to room ambience,lights, furniture, space, overall hotel look, & has little luxurious touch to it. In an addition to above the service & staffs are good & well mannered giving feel of safety in the stay. They even gave us early check in without any cost which was generous of them. overall the great place for the priceThe spacious room with well furnished interior & having nice ambience with good cozy light arrangement & one of the main thing is that the stay is located in good & relatively safe looking locality. The staff at the place were well behaved & mannered.

One of the amazing hotel in Nagpur. The rooftop bar cum restraun is a blessing. The excellent food and hospitable behaviour of the staff can make your day. Strongly recommended for family, professionals travelling or couples
