This Hotel was a nightmare for me.. stayed there for 10days for official training where food was included. Neither there service is good, nor there food.. provide one day old roti in the lunch. Most horrible incidents faced by my Friend who was staying at room no 105. The bathroom ceiling fall down suddenly without any reason. Attaching some photo of that incident. I wish I could take refund. ***Avoid this hotel.***

Long but genuine review Why would anyone want to book a hotel in advance in the far ahead city, just to make sure that he has a Hassel free stay and is saved by all the headache of searching the hotel after reaching a new city and just start exploring it. I booked this hotel for my parents considering the trust of treebo hotels. To my surprise, the hotel provided them with a room which was just adjacent to all the garbage of the hotel, room lock was broken, there was no fan in the room (in Kolkata, it's acceptable in shimla), ac was not working properly, cushions were smelly and dirty, electric cattle was there but without wire, cups were clearly used by previous client, bathroom mirror was all tilted. This was the condition when they asked him to change rooms 2-3 times. Finally all fed up with the hotel after a lot of discussion, hotel staff asked to checkout the rooms the same day and search for another hotel as he was not able to fulfill "our demands" as he says. Only good thing that treebo did was refund my money and then they searched for another hotel and shifted there. (Other hotel was much cheaper from this one and was 5* in comparison to this one). I don't know how a brand like treebo can partner with such hotels. People search for quality too with prices but only to find such a response is totally intolerable. Please never book this hotel.

Amazing service n hotel... Sab lok yahpee bohut hi acche hai... Specially dip will miss u... Shuve ka nasta dene k liye... Environment is awesome.... N music quality is also...

The room is very small for the price given. They charged us Rs. 1915, which is not worth it. There was a cigarette smell as well when we entered the room. No ventilation, which means no window. No fan available. In case of AC repair, we change the room or survive in that stuffy room. Smart card access. Restroom is quite decent.

It was a very bad Experience, Room AC did not work, The bed sheet and towel were dirty and the toilet was not clean , The hotel staff behaviour was not good. They don't know about hotel manners and how to serve customers, After check in ,they changed my rooms 4 times due to dirty issues. I have some photos .

Very bad, rotten hotel, blinds are broken, bathroom accessories broken, not well maintained, I am surprised how it comes into 3 stars

Great rooms and room service by staff. Front desk staff are good and helpful.
