Treebo Trip Vizima 62 - Hotel in Noida - Gautam Buddha Nagar, India

Worst experience. Bedsheets, pillow covers and blankets all were dirty. I booked this room at lower price but upon reaching they said that the booked room was already booked and charged me extra for another room booking. The room was super dirty with pan gutkha spitting marks over the walls. When we complained about the dirty blankets and pillows, they simply denied to do anything for that. The room was stinking with cigerette smell but when I asked for a room freshner, they simply denied that they don't have any kind of air freshner. Then after much complaints, they offered me the very room (lower price which I booked earlier) but refused to refund me the extra amount I paid for the spacious room. This room was super congested and like a store room. After all this, I demanded refund but they blatantly denied for any refund and asked us to talk to Oyo management. Somehow after spending the afternoon for a quick nap, we were forced to leave in the evening.

Worst place to stay. Better book OYO rooms instead of this. No water. Bed sheets were torn. Breakfast was worst, they charge for it , even if it's included in your booking. Room was ultra small, like a store room. Not even a space to freely the room. You will feel congested inside the room. Horrible experience for a person who does not have habit to stay in congested places. Insects were roaming inside the room. No cleaning inside hotel premises.

I regret I had not read the review before booking here, because at the last moment my booking was cancelled in a previous hotel so I had to book here. I must highlight the few points as below :- It has the worst hygeine. When I reached the hotel the linens were very dirty. The towel was dirty too and it felt as if the room was not cleaned properly. They did change the bedsheet but they didn't replace the same dirty towel. Luckily I brought my own towel. The breakfast too was not good either. Deliberately they would delay the breakfast beyond 9:20-9:30 by which time I would already be late to reach office. Also, the lift is not working. Note - Please think twice before booking a room here.

Totally horrible experience. The rooms are dirty, no water supply, no wifi, no service, they will treat you as if you are staying on free. I will request everyone please either don't go or check everything before booking the room.

Best and comfortable stays in Noida . Nice place. Live the morning tea. Great behaviour of staffs. No complaint.
