The administration here is really bad. The staff's behaviour is also not satisfactory, not able to keep up to the customers' needs. It's an amateurish hotel. Food was disgusting, they had served us half-cooked rice. The bathroom's flush didn't work. One of the hotel staff taunted us when we left the hotel. We did not have a comfortable stay because of the problems we faced.
Location is awesome, service is commendable, only the issue we faced is the continuous noise coming from their kitchen at the 3rd floor.
Best place in a budget. Nice rooms nice service. Since I booked through OYO, while checking in the Guy in reception ask me for more money please be aware and don't pay any extra money.

Rooms were OK. Breakfast was not good. Staff behavior was not good. When we were staying, late at night staff fought with each other, hurling slangs and shouting at the top of their voices. Frightened us all, as we were traveling with kids also. Stay away from this one.
One of the Best Oyo Stays at Guwahati. The Hotel is situated at the middle of the Guwahati City at Hatigaon. A prime location which is near to most of the Governments Offices. The Place is also near to Dispur Last Gate and Secretariate of Assam. The hotel also has a big parking area and open 24 Hrs. With special request, you can check in late also. There is no issues with that. Just call the hotel front office. The restuarant located at the top floor of the hotel also serves healthy and tasty food. Over all a great place to stay
