A simple hotel near the airport, for guests with low expectations. Overall clean. Bathroom and toilet clean. the WIFI network is intermittent. I would recommend it for guests passing through, staying one or two nights. Restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity ...

Locality is very poor & outside is very unhygienic but the worst part of my stay was the front reception manager Masum Ahmed (maybe in his mid 20s). This man saved my private cell phone number on his personal WhatsApp account... this is the same number i used to book the hotel assuming my information was protected & confidential. To clarify, I did NOT give this man my phone number, yet bizarrely, he tells me he saved my number, told me he would call me later or asked I call him later, causally acting as though I gave him my number. If this wasn't creepy enough, the next time I saw him he tells me he looked me & my family up online & started asking questions about my husband. Not to mention this same man asked me if he could come to my room to discuss "hotel details", and when I told him we could discuss whatever at the front desk yet he still came to my room & acted as though we never had the conversation of NOT to come to my room... and he casually invited himself into my room to talk. Straight up stalker. I had planned to stay longer, but as a married woman, traveling alone, i didn't feel safe at this hotel, so I checked out early & went elsewhere. How invasive & inappropriate. I'll never stay at this hotel again.

Very bad hotel. The staff and reception was so rude as if we are staying for free. I would suggest to get a better hotel, not at all worth the price. I have travelled 12 countries and my view of India has changed due to people in this hotel. Charging extra for no reason when my booking was already confirmed. Just pathetic people

Not worth the price. Found coackroaches in my room. Staff was so arrogant as if cockroaches are normal here. Disgusted at my experience here, book a better hotel at a lower price.

Room was very clean and comfortable for staying especially the decorum. They have maintained the rooms as if newly constructrd. Good choice of room lights. Staff was really very helpful and their service is good. Hotel was easy to find and locality is not an issue. I am rating it as 5 star because you wouldn't get such comfy stay with budgeted price.

This hotel has no lift, and rooms till 3rd floor. They gave us two rooms in the same booking in two different floors, one in ground and other in 2nd floor. The one in the ground floor had a horrible smell and the geyser was not working, which they knew before hand, but didn't inform us at the time of room allocation. Obviously we got those odd defective rooms because we had a late check-in. In spite of informing the hotel after booking that we'll be checking in late and checking out early, they kept the last bad rooms for us...maybe that was the reason...we stayed less than 8 hours, so who cares, right? That we are paying the full price never matters, because they know we have to stay and leave early. I'm so mad at myself for cancelling the oyo I got right next door to this property, oyo amour, because I had neve tried treebo and had rear good reviews here. This is the last time too. The reception guy had this attitude that we have to 'adjust' because they were too lazy to get the geyser fixed or keep decent rooms for us. Hell, if they told us when we had called to make sure room is ready around 9 pm, we'd cancel and go elsewhere. Bad service and wrong information provided. And their customer service is trainee to harass, so after you call that guy just tells another guy to call back. The first guy is good for nothing, just wasting your time. The second guy started playing music and said he couldn't hear me. This happened thrice, and at 1 in the morning. Nice strategy to harass customers so much, they give up. Stay away if you can. We are asking for refund and this looks like a long battle.

The hotel is brand new and has decent good rooms. Good for budget stay and at a great location near Sakinaka metro station. They need to improve on food and breakfast.
