The rooms are so small. It's on the eighth floor of a commercial building and the lift facility is so poorly managed or overly used irrespective of three lifts in the building. The bathrooms in the hotel lack good floor sloping that water gets out into the room. Also it is not for family tourists who are not fine with having a dance bar and hooking set up functioning above your floor. I have given 1 star for the breakfast we got at the hotel. We cancelled our 4 day booking and checked out on the second day morning. The staff also could not help us to check out easily and they kept on calling us to do online cancellation which we already did. Overall very bad experience. Do not recommend.

We had a stay at this hotel during our Jaipur Trip. Customer service is outstanding . The hotel 360 and a bar is on the top floor which provides an outstanding view of the Jaipur city. The hotel room doesn't have any windows and this is something I really don't like. Breakfast was included and was also delicious. Overall it was a good stay !

The place was nice and the breakfast was Indian style and tasty, I wouldn't have asked for more. There were some problems though: -1 for the many stains on the blankets (even though they were bragging about the stainlessness of the blankets on the brochure), this is unacceptable, especially considering the price paid for the room. -2 for the noisy pipe blowing stinky and polluted air to the room for the whole night.

This is not a hotel at hotel this a shityy place I ever lived. So it is on 8 the floor of a commercial building. 20 rooms property with very small rooms and room was like very simple just you are staying in den. So I felt anxiety and uncomfortableness. If u ask for something they will give lot of excuses. Like small amenities dentel kit or shaving kit. Because they don't have . Breakfast is like a cheating. Only 3 things are there .and that too very unhygienic. And u don't get easily a place to sit. So please don't book this hotel .

Our experience was very horrible. We booked this hotel from oyo and overall experience was very worst. If you want to harress , want scary nightmares then you guys can book this hotel. We faced security issues hotel staff without permission enters in someone room with the help of master key. Guest is screaming from inside that we are inside kindly then also..they entering forcefully. The reason they give that...we were not aware that room has been booked by you. Poor Management, Hopeless Staff. Book the room at your own risk

The only problem I had is communication with receptionists. They are very good at their service. Food quality is good. Room service as well. Water doesn't drain immediately when you are bathing. Water force suddenly slows down when you put on shower or turn on a tap. Overall it's good to stay.

Five stars for location, comfort, services and hygiene. Had a happy experience staying at this hotel. It's in the famous market area of the city and has wonderful view from a few rooms and terrace restaurant. It's a truly convenient place to spend time at Jaipur.

Super small prison cell like rooms with no balcony and felt suffocating. Although reception looks good and first impression was therefore brilliant but do check the room before checking in. Most importantly, the rooftop area that you're most impressed with, doesn't even belong to the hotel, that's an independent bar/cafe.
